I stumbled upon a wonderful loan officer (Kelsey) during a phone call. My husband and I were beginning our home ownership journey and the night before I had filled out an application online. Next thing I knew, Kelsey was calling me. Normally I don’t even answer numbers I do not know but, it was meant to be. Kelsey was attentive and patient, she answered all my questions and helped with some of my nerves all during the first interaction. She continued this service all the way through the process of homeownership. Kelsey operates with honesty, knowledge, integrity, empathy and much more. Kelsey made us feel like we were her only clients. She made herself available all the time; morning, noon, or evening. On a very rare occasion if Kelsey was not available she would send a text or email with a plan to get back in touch with us. We would definitely recommend Kelsey to anyone of our family and friends.
